High blood pressure is generally known as the pressure of blood against the artery walls.   • Fruit and vegetables
    Taking more fruit and vegetables can greatly lower blood pressure. Vegetables and fruits are packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber to keep the whole body in good health condition. Fruit and vegetables also include potassium, which helps to stabilize the negative effects of salt helping to lower the blood pressure.
  • Bananas
    Consuming foods that are well loaded with potassium beats taking supplements. Slice a banana into your cereal or oatmeal for a potassium-rich add-on. You may as well take one with a boiled egg for a quick breakfast.
  • Salmon, mackerel, and fish with omega-3s
    Sea foods are known to be a great source of lean protein.
